Galvanin loose fiber lines include automatic bale opener with weight control and transport system by conveyor belt or feed condenser, hydraulic press, high pressure bleaching equipment, high speed centrifuge, cake extractor, cake opener and low energy hot air dryer. The line can be automatized by robotic crane and can be implemented by chemical dosing system and final press.
