RCA Bignami, founded in 1994, develops and produces rotary cutting dies and complete modules for the production of baby diapers, sanitary napkins, adult incontinence in standard execution and in pull-on version. The dies can be manufactured in sintered steel, sintered powder steel and in tungsten carbide in cooperation with Boehler Austria. A re-sharpening service is offered also for cutting dies not produced by us.RCA Bignami also manufactures machinery for plasters for any type and material such as: First-Aid and Surgical Dressings, Transdermal Patches (TDS) and Oral Films (ODF).
